The division within Northern Apex, which focused on information solutions, retained the Northern Apex Corporation name. API Production Associate Job Overview:

As a Production Associate, employees are responsible for the production of high-quality circuit boards, wires, cables and light duty electro-mechanical assemblies. Responsibility includes ensuring that they meet all quality and drawing standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and a willingness to be a team player and work with a positive attitude. Employees must be professional in appearance, willing to learn and bring a “can do” attitude to the work environment. Opportunities exist (regardless of experience) to be trained and have the required skills developed. Communication skills, Reliability, Focus on Quality and Hard-Working mentality are required pillars for success. Employees need to have good finger and hand dexterity, calm, non-jittery use of hands and fingers is required for the finite small intricate assembly needs. Employees have to be able to focus on the tasks at hand, stay alert and be attentive to assembly steps and proper orientation, placement, soldering, lead trim and cleaning of small electronic components and wires, cable and circuit boards. Light duty electro-mechanical assembly can include, labeling, hardware fastening, light drilling or torque drive use, sharp blade/knife use, cable stripping, pulling, tinning and mechanical assembly motions.

Our current flexible scheduling allows our employees to plan work from 4 hours per week to 40 hours per week. Our team works an expanded first shift with flexible start and end times, with no mandatory weekends.
